Puro Beach

We conducted a market research and competitive analysis to support the rebranding of Puro Beach Club in Barcelona. The project allowed us to understand the dynamics of tourism and hospitality in the city, identify consumer trends, and evaluate key competitors.

Based on these insights, we defined a new strategic positioning, optimized the pricing structure, and proposed marketing and communication actions that strengthened the club’s differentiation and value in a highly competitive market.
