We conducted a comprehensive market research and feasibility analysis for Brilla Investments regarding the rehabilitation and potential exploitation of the Auditorio del Parque Juan Carlos I in Madrid. This venue, with a capacity of approximately 9,500 people, has been closed since 2008 despite its potential to host large-scale cultural and social events.

Our study assessed the historical context, the lack of comparable open-air venues in Madrid, and the economic and cultural opportunities that a revitalized space could generate. By evaluating demand for concerts, festivals, and public events, as well as the park’s strategic role as a cultural hub, we outlined the investment potential and long-term benefits of restoring the auditorium.
